How to Measure yourself?

  • BUST: Measure around the fullest part of bust keeping the tape straight across back.
  • Upper Hip: Measure top of belt/skirt keeping tape close to body.
  • Lower Hip: Measure around the fullest part of hip/seat, about 4" 10cm below top of belt/skirt.

REMEMBER: Measure over any underwear you are likely to wear, do not make allowances, do not allow the  tape to become too  tight, and ask someone else to measure you if possible.
