How do I order?

Safti Craft is a 5-step easy process:
1- Browse different store categories and add what you want to
cart buy clicking on "add to cart" button.
2- The browser will forward you to checkout if you want to
continue shopping click on "continue shopping ".
3- When you finish shopping, click on "Checkout" button, enter
your information and shipping address.
4- At the bottom select the paying option:
-"credit card" for buying by your credit card from

-"e-mail" for paying by wire transfer

order will not be shipped until check is cleared from

collecting

Can I send Cash?

Only if sent through Western Union.
Just shop in the regular way and in the additional information
window, which you see during checking out write that you want
to pay Cash . We shall send
you back information needed for Western Union cash transfer. Inform us that you sent the
money and give us the transfer reference #. If you
forget to write your method of payment the order is
unauthorized and get cancelled automatically within 24 hours.
How do you ship ?

courier service. It takes (4- 6 days) to deliver order from
date of shipping to any place in the world.
How long an order takes to be delivered?

takes 8-10 days for packing,
except Belly

they are all tailored to measure, they may take from 3-4 weeks
to be made and ready for shipping. Delivery from Egypt to any
place worldwide through
FedEx
will take 4-6 days.
How do I
know my order shipping cost?

The shipping
costs are calculated automatically based on the shipping address
of the buyer's locations, the weight and dimensions of the
package, and the type of shipping services.
Add the item you want to cart,
before paying you will get a detailed invoice value, showing
cost of goods and cost of shipping and handling ((The customs and taxes in your country is not our responsibility,
please check your government’s regulation about this)).
How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you email, with Air Way
Bill number. Go to

number to get information about your order delivery status.
